Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is primarily via Australia Post Express and depending on your location can take from 1-3 days. Shipping is at a flat rate per consignment. You are also welcome to collect direct from our shop at 20a Beltana Road, Pialligo, ACT. Our hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (collections only) and 11.00am-4.00pm Saturday and Sunday (shop open).

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Please be assured that NO information about you is passed onto 3rd parties for any reason.All credit card transactions are conducted via secure transactions and we do not have any access to online credit card details.
Returns & Replacements
Anuk Peru will honour returns for any garment or boot that is defective in manufacture. It is your responsibility to return the goods to Anuk Peru. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of customised boots. Should you need to return any product, Anuk Peru reserves the right to replace them with an acceptable substitute.
Ordering
Ordering online is simple and straightforward. All fabrics and garments are displayed according to an international calibration standard. however colour accuracy is partially dependent on the quality and settings of your monitor. Feel free to call at any time for advice. We recommend that you register online to allow for the best ongoing order monitoring and shipping advice.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All displayed prices are firm and discounts apply only where they are shown. GST is included in all pricing and a properly rendered tax invoice is despatched prior to shipping.
Viewing Orders
